Husky Rack and Wire is a private family owned company celebrating 50 years in business in 2014. They are one of the largest producers of material handling products in the US; they manufacture pallet racks, welded wire deck, cable reel packs, and pallet rack guarding systems.

StampSource has partnered with the company since 1999, providing stampings to connectors—a vital part of the pallet racks—and also row and wall spacers that keep the racks stable. The two companies collaborate on design, and StampSource helps work out kinks and fine tunes new products.

“They are on time, impeccable, reliable, and quick to respond to issues and resolve them. They dive right in to find the problem and resolve it,” noted Vicki Lawrence, Purchasing Manager.

Vicki explained that her company has a 48-hour quick ship program, and more than 50% of their orders are quick ship. “Because of this quick turnaround, StampSource has to be prepared. We ask them for the impossible and somehow they deliver.”

Putting designs into production quickly, StampSource helps Husky Wire and Rack keep costs low and provides options to assure the company receives the best bang for the dollar.

“We get a lot of service from StampSource,” said Vicki. “Everyone thinks highly of them here, and I have recommended them to other businesses and they have been as happy with them as I am.”
