New equipment enhances StampSource capabilities

Three new punch presses are now being used to manufacture products for StampSource customers. The recently purchased presses allow for heavier tonnage and include a large bed 275 ton, 400 ton with heavy duty feed line, and a 500-ton press.
The equipment is providing Power Partners, a StampSource sister company, with large drawn tops and covers for transformers. But there is plenty of capacity available for other projects.
With these presses, StampSource can now manufacture thicker, wider materials with larger dies. The new presses run up to a 10’ long die. The additional capacity and capabilities mean new and existing StampSource customers will receive additional services.
