Gap Partners, Inc. Moves Corporate Offices And Manufacturing To Expand In Rabun County

Rabun Gap, GA, May 15, 2013 – Gap Partners, Inc. (GPI) will move its corporate offices and operations from its current location to Rabun Business Park in Rabun Gap, GA beginning the first week of June 2013.

The move stems from Gap Partners’ unprecedented growth in the last year and will enable GPI to expand its operations and bring more jobs to Rabun County. Gap Partners will expand from a combined 71,000 sq. ft. in two locations into one building totaling 92,000 sq. feet with an additional option of 55,000 sq. feet. The move will consolidate operations and offer increased efficiencies in a state of the art facility designed with lean manufacturing principles.

The Rabun Business Park is an innovative adaptive-reuse of a vacant manufacturing facility, a former Fruit of the Loom textile plant. It represents a 971,905 square-foot multi-company park all under one roof, with an additional 20,000 square feet of office space and 96 acres available on its campus for future expansion. Each company has its own independent location, with parking, shipping, and office areas along with full access control to its space.
