PPI employees are passionate about our company and our company and our communities; we work hard and play hard.. Enthusiastically improving everything we can is a value employees demonstrate through continuously improving our processes.

Our value to Encourage and serve daily is exhibited not only by mentoring one another in the workplace, but in helping local non-profits through volunteer time and donations. We have strong connections and dedication to the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life, United Way, Jeannette Rankin Foundation Fund, and Rady’s Children Hospital.  We support local high school science programs, collect for Toys for Tots and Christian Food Ministry, and work with Humane Society organizations, Operation Steel Warrior, and many more.
