Safety First
Putting safety first means never sacrificing a safe environment for production or financial gains. It means engaging 100% of our team members in helping identify and eliminate hazards, to adopt safe work habits and achieve zero recordables.
Our goals of 100% employee participation and Zero recordables doesn’t happen in isolation. Our factories charter safety teams comprised of hourly and salary workers across shifts to bring ideas and vision for steering their site to an incident free workplace.
